The OPATEL fifth training workshop was held by HTWK in Leipzig, Germany on July 1-5, 2019.

OPATEL's third international workshop, hosted by the Virtual School, began its course in collaboration with the office of Vice-Chancellor for Global Strategies and International Affairs and with the participation of European and Iranian partners of the project, including university representatives from Germany, Greece, Portugal, Iraq, and Iran.

OPATEL is holding its third training workshop on e-learning in December 2018.
